Online credit information provider Equifax have placed Arsenal at the top of their Credit Ratings table.The report, which was released earlier this year, reviewed the Credit Ratings of the the whole Premier League and described half of the top flight’s clubs as “insolvent”.The Gunners scored 98 points out of 100 in the review, three more than second-place Manchester United. According to Equifax, “Arsenal’s shrewd financial decisions have kept it at the top of the table on and off the pitch.“Careful transfers and player purchases mean Arsenal is in good financial shape.
