Think we need another striker and creative player, don't want to see us relying on Luis too much.

3 goals in 3 games for him and 2 assists tonight.

Henderson has a few (a few) bright sparks. Looked better in the middle actually.

Spearing is a good squad player, just slots in, no complaints and gives his all.

We need to stop looking for the long ball every time Carroll is on, Adam was particularly guilty of this.

Agree but we dont look like even attempting to get one. The attempts seemed to stop in their tracks at the interest in Wickham

Joe Cole has been given permission to to talk to spurs? Good, I hope Spurs take him.

Looks like Bellamy's move to us is gaining momentum, Man C are prepared to settle the 90k a week contract which will allow him to leave immediately.

I know he was expected to leave but I'm sly pissed Aquilani gone for a seaon long loan to Milan ''with a view to a permanet transfer''.

So we bought aqua for 17 mil on a 4 year contract right?

He was bought injured, so his 1st season he played a handful of games.

2nd season he gets semi fit and is loaned to out.

3rd season, he has a pretty good pre-season for us and is loaned out for the rest of the season...iam f*ck*ng smh in disbelief.

Next season he'll be sold to AC, iam guessing for like 8 mil..lol

1 of our worst buys ever.

The thing with Comolli he won't sign what you need. He'll spend big money on players where you are already sufficient enough. He blew our whole transfer budget on Bent when we had the best partnership in the prem and Defoe as back up :lol:

Bet you'd still choose Defoe/Crouch over Bent now?

In a years time it'll be interesting to see what the comments regarding Lucas are,

some people will be eating a decent serving off humble pie. if they arent already

Maturing very well and becoming vital to our team.

A lot of people are eating it right now, but will soon look back and see that the 6 million paid for him was a bargain.
