JJ you say Liverpool deserved better but nobody knows who or what Liverpool FC is anymore. Like they have no money, and its not because of a greater good, like in our case a stadium. They are under foreign ownership, but they are neither a Chelsea, Man City or even Aston Villa type investor. Even the much hated Glazers are more liked than there owners. Infact the only foreign ownership more hated was at Portsmouth... They dont seem to even have a plan or policy... Long or short-term. Changing the manager just seems like the Americans last throw of the dice. Like how do you change your manager in June and not have a replacment lined up, thats how I know they got no p. They're rotten from the top to the bottom, but that classless clown was never fit to manage there. The quotes about Everton being small, his public persuit of Barry, how easily riled he was, and his Fergie rant were all proof of someone who didn't ever really embrace English football, IMO. He was too stubborn for his own good, and once he'd fallen out with a player they had no way back and were shipped out or left to rot. Some players he'd moved on far too quickly after a bit of discontent that could still offer alot (Warnock, Riise, Sissoko, Pennant, Crouch off the top of my head). Good coach but not ready to embrace change and adopt another culture, which was his downfall.
