With my current schedule i can fit in 4 gym sessions about 90mins long per week.

If i did biceps and shoulders one day, triceps and back another day, chest and abs the third day and legs the fourth day...

How does that sound? (Bear in mind i dont know the first thing about gym).

Alternatively has anyone got a specific session/routine i could follow? Or any decent websites with routines?

When I jump back on my lean bulk:

Chest + Light tri

Back + Traps + Light Bis

OFF

Legs + Shoulders + Traps

Chest (Mainly upper chest focus) + Full out arm day

OFF - I'f I;m not working a Saturday shift I'll throw in another Leg session/Squats

OFF

Upper Chest and Traps are the main focus for my next bulking phase since those are my weak spots. Jeff Seid designed it for me, messaged him on Bodybuilding months ago before he became popular.

  • 2 weeks later...

Does anyone use 'The Gym'? It is right by my work and seems dirt cheap. Bare equipment and 24/7.

£15 p/m or £20 for use in different cities.

Probably gonna sign up tomorrow.

Was there for a month, good value for money for what they have but be prepared to wait a fair time for equipment etc cause most times its mad busy. 6-9pm is generally peak. Also if you join your local your more then likely to bump into several people who aren't even on gym, who just go to see people and chat sh*t to you while your trying to work out. 24 hours is very convenient though.

Guest Chelsea Jack

currently using The Gym in Brighton

it's good, very convenient etc

My only gripe is that the heaviest pair of dumbbells weigh 30kg which is pretty sh*t

dunno if this is the same for their other gyms
