Olympic rings for callisthenics.

Anyone owns this or use them in their workout?

Picked up one from amazon. Last week. Great piece of kit. Stretching to the limit.

Use for muscle ups and iron crosses,a few other static hold like back levers and that. If ur on the calisthenics wave tho, I would recommend parallettes.

Been looking to get some parallettes. Only have some push up stands but they are too low to the ground. You know where i can get some sturdy ones from?

Cutting. Locked up and they won't let me out

I was in the Fed station four days the sh*t stressed Me out

They wanna question me for hours tryna test me out

Got me battling for power tryna send me doubts

Ain't got a chance of bail gotta do a bird here

My brief said the judge a prick nuttin but the word here

Now I'm jus glad to get my arse of the sweat box

Reception dnt respect my garms like a sweat shop

Lost 22lbs.

Still alot to be done. Diet wise, I am eating right. But these recent work night outs have put me a touch off course.

I was recommended CLA & L Carnitine by a Nutritionist. Been on it for a week now. So I will see how it goes.

Dont watch the dumbells I progress per set. 30kg the heaviest at my gym

Ive had memberships for fitness first and nufffield....yeah The Gym is quite basic...but it has enough to get you in shape or to maintain your shape.

and for 12 pound a month..i aint complaining.

Ive paid 40 to 60 a month before, although they were central london prices and close to work.

Just ordered some Impact Whey & Hurricane XS for the 1st time

The selection of flavours is ridiculous...

I literally have no idea what i'm doing....starting from scratch, so any tips would be great

My goal is to add mass and build strength. I'm already slim and toned, so any tips would be great

The gym is basic. Easy gym was a miles better. However it a case of convinience for me personally.

Those 30kg dumbells are feeling very light . However, you can get great results if you improvise with what's available.

These type of gyms are engineered for starters who are bound to give up and couple weeks down the line.

It's never about the gym, it's. All about what you are doing in there .

if the 30s are too light and you're just repping for fun you're not really getting results though, just a pump.. + dunno about in your 1 but in the 1 I go to for the odd session the 'bench/squat' station has a waiting list

Good for a secondary 'out of hours' back up gym but not a primary 1.. Too many fitness dons dressed in lycra doing girl squats, studies have shown your testosterone levels/growth hormone levels rise when either around a good looking female or a threatening male.. So if you're already big it's better to train about other people.. Go to a place where you're the smallest guy in the room not the biggest

Couldn't recommend anywhere as I haven't bought myself, I just use the ones at the gym. But I did a quick google/YouTube search on how to make PVC ones and gonna try next weekend. Aim is to be able to planche in a months' time.
