skeen... so jumped on this gym ting. first day, did a leg workout. thought i did really well. end of the workout now and the chnaging rooms are downstairs. took one step down the stair and my leg went. absolute jelly. buckled all the way down the stairs. was gripsin the railng for dear life.

 

defo cant show my face at that gym again

what type of leg workout were u doing

 

 

u probs dint even warm up properly tbf

how do you warm up?

 

i did some stretches. mainly ones i learnt from football days, then 5 minutes on the bike to loosen up a bit. did squats, warmed up with just the bar first, then did leg press, then the quad lifter machine ting, then some calve lift things. was just going off one app on my phone.

 

the pain today is like no other. ive played ball for years so waking up with sore legs is common but this is another level. went toilet just now, couldnt even stand up to piss, had to sit down. then getting back up was a mission.
