I'm sitting here chaining off free coffees as we speak

I'm 4 sky train stops away at On Nut. Live right next to the BTS so jump on, jump off n I'm in the gym in 10 mins

Gym, few laps, chill in the pool sized jacuzzi, steam room, ice room and/ or salt room, chill in the lobby for few drinks

They give you gym wear to use so u ain't even gotta bring anything, deodorant, ear buds, moisturiser n that, charge ur phone in ur locker

Only think they ain't got is hair gel but u can rent a

Locker 2 quid a week

Can get a blowjob for a few quid round the corner after if that floats your boat, deeecent food in every direction

Normally head back for a quick sun bathe at my condo pool before heading out for the night

Thoroughly enjoying it ATM man

Sukhumvit has most of what u need, I ain't explored too much else yet, the place is endless

I'm here with my bird for the time being

Gonna move around the surrounding countries for a bit but looking to settle down in bkk around June July, freshly single

Nana n that ain't really my scene, atleast until I find a good coke source, then I'm liable to do anything

Thaifriendly.com has these young birds lining up for a young attractive white lad

They beg it stupidly

Lookin to have few top shelf Thai birds, couple white expats n atleat 1 African on rotation

When her that works out is a different matter

Escorts wise I'd rather bring 1 to my condo n rail her off than go nana n plow through the same tired fanny 17 old fat cunts have smashed through the same day

Actually went nana last night cos my bird couldn't be arsed goin RCA

The place is a cesspit, an overpriced Tenerife on steroids basically

Spent couple hours in an EDL affiliated bar with a bunch of lardy old Scouse cunts

Good laugh but won't be making a habit of it

Never been cowboy yet

For mua Thai I need to get in better shape first, my stamina is a wank n these cheap cigs ain't helping

I would like to give it a whirl tho

U any good?

Where'd u stay when u was here?

Most d*ckheads don't leave khao San road n then end up spouting that Bangkok is shit

Been using this recently to help improve bicep development. Probably about 3 weeks in and my biceps are feeling so much fuller.

All exercises are 4x10  + 1 drop set

Spider curls ,

Preacher curls

Zottman curls (help build bicep peak)

Overhead cable curls

Incline Dumbell curl

Triceps, still using

standing cable tricep pull downs

triceps dumbbell press

Dips

skull crushers.

working really well, suggest it to anyone who wants to develop some good mass in their arms and as a good alternative switch up.

Similar to what I would do for my triceps, I also do close grip bench and reverse wide grip bench on a superset, great pump and feel it proper in the triceps.

Zottman curls looks excessive like a hammer, regular and reverse curl all in one, will try it though as well as that spider curl exercise, looks good too.

I like doing rope curls as well, question. Does using different grips (narrow, wide) affect what you work when you curl? or is it just preference?

Depending on how I feel I do a close grip bench superset with skull crushers, c/s the crazy pump though. Yeh I do find the zottman curls to be a much better alternative to skull crushers, I think you feel the muscle much better through the whole motion. The feel of spider curls is the truth and the pump is ridiculous. I use a barbell as opposed to dumbbells but see which one feels better. I will occasionally switch it up and use dumbbells anyway.

Rope curls are great too, only reason I'm not doing them now is that I feel my biceps had gotten very used to them. May introduce it back into my routine in a month or so.

Wider grips will focus more on the  outter part of the muscle and narrow on the inner. If for exampe you ever wanted to focus on building a wider back you would go for a wide grip on pull up, lats pull downs etc as they would activate that part of your lats more.

Ease back into it with a upper body day, legs day then rest day and repeat on a 3 day split focusing mainly on the compound lifts (bench press, shoulder press, deadlift/rack pulls etc).. When you feel solid in those lifts and want to start targeting each muscle group move into a 5 day split of

Monday - back

Tuesday - chest

Wednesday - legs

Thursday - shoulders

Friday - arms

Weekend - rest or a bit of cardio

There is no best way IMO, it's all about which way you're most likely to stay committed to but that is a good way to start if you're stuck for ideas

I'd say cardio on Your first day back

Agree with Yung Bawse about starting on 3 days, but continuing to do 3 days if that is better with Your availability it's fine.

I'm currently doing:

Monday - Back, Biceps, Forearms, Shoulders

Wednesday - Legs/Core

Friday - Chest, Triceps

Cardio on every day (changed from another routine which involved an arm day as my arms and legs are far ahead of everything else and I'm basically playing catchup with back chest and core)

Not about designing a 5 day routine then random weeks You only make 3/4 days, but if You can reasonably make 5 days every week progress onto that.

I'd start with isolated arm and leg exercises before compound lifts. Get some arm strength before doing bench press.
