Heero Yuy
So devin physqiue has admitted to photoshopping his pictures. And his former assistant has come out saying that she basically wrote all of the meal plans and spoke to the clients. Feel sorry for those gullible people, who don't know any better, paying $300+ dollars for a meal plan and the 30 day challenge. Man was charging $90 dollars to have his number so you can txt him, which his actually his assistant. sick guy, whole of shredz needs to die, a cancer on the fitness industry. The squats give you a KK back off. . Waste trainers with no exercise can still do the trick Men . Protein shake diet. Breakfast, Lunch and dinner. I am not knocking any fitness trainers or nutritionists. The ones that really train pro athletes are really about it and produce results. But , there are many YouTube I-beg-to-be-a-global-blogger / Crash Course in fitness incruction types selling pipe dreams to the gullible. Yung bawse
It's not always about giving the most effective advice though, sometimes you have to give the advice someone is most likely to stick to small progress is better than no progress and the majority of people are just lazy that's where consultations help to allow you to structure your plan of attack.. If you've got someone who's at the top end of their profession, always strive to get the best out of themselves and are already in somewhat good shape the advice you give them will differ to someone you can tell has no ambition, no drive and likely to give up after 2 hard sessions.. the youtubers don't know who their viewers are so it's easier just to target the latter of the 2 people, giving basic advice which works + prolongs the process giving them the time to make more videos and get more views/customers when you look deep into it every profitable business takes short cuts and deceives the general consumer, why would the fitness industry be any different

macz
I've started doing more running recently and been doing it for a few weeks now. walking for a minute, running for 5 and repeat for about 25-30 mins. done this for a few weeks running Roshe's and then the last two weeks I have to stop around 15-20 min mark as the top of my foot hurts. Shall I be running in specific running shoes (might be a stupid question) or are roshe's fine as I'm not exactly doing long distance, if I shouldnt be running in roshe's can you provide recommendations of good running shoes. Thanks
Niall Ferguson
I don't know what Roshe's are, but I think you should be running in correct running shoes wherever possible. A simple Google search of effective running shoes should yield good results.
Lens
Nike Lunarglide. Roshes are too flat on the front of the foot which is probably the problem You're having
gattsu
roshes despite their name are NOT running shoe. its has no upper support and zero cushioning just buy actual running shoes

You're over complicating the gym bro. Firstly, things are never that black and white. BUT, for where you are in your gym cycle, all you need to know is that you build the most mass if you have a progressive loading regime and eat the necessary amount. It really is that simple, and that's how it's worked for real bodybuilders for time immemorial.
