a 5 minute cross trainer warmup and a monthly sports massage has kept me injury free for about a year or so. I recommend the latter to anyone lifting regularly.

Good if you've never been a breakfast guy and makes it easy to control intake of cals. Nothing magical though, just another way to control your eating. If you like eating one normal size meal instead of mini low calorie ones, it's for you. It helps appetite suppression long term.

What do people think of cheat reps (sacrificing firm slightly to increase weight to get the muscle used to more weight)
Haven't done this as I don't want the injury risks of poor form but heard it's a safe efficient way to increase weight

Can't you sacrifice reps for weight and gradually increase you're strength that way? That's what I've been doing to get all my core lifts up.

agree with Heero, why lift weights with poor form and higher risk of injury.
do reps of 3-6 as opposed to 8-10, and then gradually get the reps up

I try switching up every 3 mths, your body just gets used to your workouts if you dont change. need to shock the system now and again

Have absolutely obliterated my body this week
Actually been warming up properly and stretching pre and post weights first time in my life
Can actually feel the benefits far looser and doms hitting me way less thsn before although the lads been killing me with gay bants

make sure Your legs don't fully extend and go fully straight when using it
i do 1 leg at a time on it, even reps, feel like it works better
