FAO phone heads - Just found a handset

It's a Nokia On the back it say 'Carl Zeiss Tessar - 3.2MP camera'.I've had a shocking Samsung for about 3 years without a camera, so I'm a complete n00b to phones. Is this phone any good? How much is it worth (I'm keeping it regardless as I need a new one).Any software for it so I can wipe it to factory settings?Safety.
