yeah the volume of beef you get, went to a sandwich shop on goodge st and asked for the salt beef sandwich thinking yeah I'm gonna get Beigel Bake levels of beef, then they trim me it thin like its parma ham or something, bare upset

 

salt beef has definitely given me a level of respect for mustard though, used to always get the veto but its definitely a necessity
