Can muslims have a sauce or such containing alcohol if in the end it is all evaporated?

If you add the alcohol early it will all cook out, or you could flambe it. But yeah it greatly improves the flavour as long as if its a wine its not a shitty cheap thing you wouldnt drink yourself, aint gotta be expensive just palletable.

 

Yeah but you'd have to cook it for hours and even then I don't think it would 100% evaporate

Alcohol in food is not permitted in any way for Halal dishes.

 

Failed at fillet mingon today was overcooked and even though it never made a difference in the past i now know the error of my ways.

How is blue steak compared to rare?

 

For kitchen rejects steak will not make you sick once slightly cooked.

lol it is not possible for blood to ooze out unless youve freshley butchered the cow on the spot

 

 

basically all the blood is removed during slaughter.
