u can steam stuff while ur rice is cooking by putting a bowl on top of the rice

only do this if u dont mind ur rice tastin/smelling of the said stuff ur steaming

try not to fry fresh hot rice

best fried rice is made with cold leftover rice

ur better of jus scrambling the egg then eating with ur rice will taste alot better

i did the cold rice and fried it, then added some scrambled eggs into it the other day it was banging.

I was just trying to find a lazy way to make some egg rice tbh

best way to do egg fried rice is to put the rice in ur wok/pan the pour the egg over the rice opposed to adding scrambled egg to rice if tht makes sense.
