i'd make a soup with pumpkin, dumplin, sweet potato, white potato and black eyed peas.

or follow a recipe for oxtail stew, since oxtail and lamb neck are very similar.

OR make a fried rice with it.

whole plate looks nice, only thing I would have done different is sliced up the uncooked tomatoes a bit more (but that's 'cause I'm not the biggest fan of uncooked tomatoes)

what's the white sauce at the top of the plate?
