defo, loving the fact you put some walnuts in the salad - only thing missing is rocket salad & Iceberg in with that.

can i get sum points for making my own dressing tho

got some pork that was marked stir fry from the supermarket

caramelised some onons, put that in, fried for a few mins, added tomatoes, fried for a few mins, added rice, lather rinse repeat, then put it in water with pork stock

fried 3 eggs, dashed it in there, Ocassionally stir till water gone

tastes DELICIOUS

My first attempt at ribs damn was it nice. Cost under £5 for the sauces and the rack of ribs. In TGI Friday they carge like £10 for this and less ribs.

Gave em about an hour covered with foil to get the juices running then 20mins without.

what do you mean less healthy? frying rice doesnt mean you deep fry it like your frying chicken wings

it means you put about a cup of oil in a pan and raw rice and fry it for a bit, thats hardly frying

cos it doesnt cook that way, the way it cooks is to keep adding a bit of water every few mins.

so the oil has little to do with the actual cooking imo
