Pretty sure i read in a book somewhere that you'll have as many genetic similarities and differences with someone from the same ethnic background as you, as you would with any other human in the world. Which is why different ethnic groups aren't referred to as race, and is also why any two humans can reproduce and their offspring will be perfectly normal. Sometimes different species can produce offspring, like tigers and lions, or donkeys and horses but their offspring will always be infertile.
