I've liked this idea for ages but I swear most days this week the forum hasn't managed to fill up a full page of topics, live chat will probably make it worse

Thing is, I can't fully remember how it was before. Simply because stickied topics are always at the top of the relevant forum.With a label that says Sticky: so Uuuuummm I'm

The part which says sticky was a different colour before I think. But it stood out in a way that if you scrolled down/up the screen your eyes would immediately be able to distinguish the colour of the font without actually having to look at it.
