the sickest home replacement app imo

its called slide screen, very profesional and very fast. zero lag

Just got this looks so slick

Trust me, been using it for the past few days now

im hoping they do a version that you can use with the original launcher so you can use it as one of your 5 home screens. :Y:

Does yours drain the battery, by time i finished college the other day it was dead!

I rooted it with this guide

http://theunlockr.com/2009/08/27/how-to-root-your-htc-hero-in-one-click/

read the tutorial and just use the video if you're unsure on what exactly they're saying ('cause the tutorial has been updated but not the video)

install this rom

http://android.modaco.com/content/htc-hero-hero-modaco-com/292018/11-jan-3-1-modaco-custom-rom-for-gsm-hero/

and the lastest radio from this page

http://android.modaco.com/content/htc-hero-hero-modaco-com/291942/22-jan-stock-roms-radios-in-update-zip-format-for-gsm-hero/

any problems and I'll help

Androlib.com = check out apps while on your PC (Cyrket hasn't been online for ages)

DroidAppz.com = where you download paid apps for free

Recommended stuff:

Alarming - alarm clock with innput puzzle/maths problem for the snooze/dismiss

Babbler - best facebook client (although I heard the official one is better now)

BeyondPod - Podcast client, need to buy a key for though, I just use it because it has the ability to play stored mp3s as podcasts so I can download mixes on the PC and move them across

Google Listen - Free podcast client

Streamfurious - stream radio
