not really. its like liquid crack in the long run.herioin addicts are givin this when they are trying to get clean. as a softer drug. i only tried it one time. so not the best person to ask. but i kno people who on it a lot. and after a while they get a 'barre' belly. like a beer belly but its rock solid. makes u put on weight too. this why i dont think wayne on it like he way he is. man still like 6 stone.
