when im looking to cut i hit a eca stack, just do 1 in the morning before a work out, and one early afternoon, makes me cut back on feeling hungry too, makes u piss sh*t loads thodont take it too late in the day or u wont sleep but its good stuffi usually do it 4 weeks at a time, no more, if u do it right weight can just drop off, and really make sure u push the cardio
