6 hours sleep is what i get 5 days of the week.its ok tbh, just the right amount before i start feeling the burn the next day. it catches up with me on the weekend tho, sleep up to 10 hours sometimes on saturday and sunday.

yea i quit back in September

sh*t was so f*ckin nice but f*ckin up my insides i was on so much

I find that if I get straight out of bed when my alarm goes off and jump in the shower I feel fine about half way through my shower.

But if I hit the snooze button on my phone it begins a vicious cycle which can last the best part of an hour and consistently makes me late for work/uni/stuff I want to do.
