6 hours sleep

whats the side efffects of sleeping pills?

Addiction & dependence.

(Not really side effects but they're the biggest things you should worry about)

Use them too much and you'll condition yourself to only be able to sleep with them.

6 hours sleep is what i get 5 days of the week.its ok tbh, just the right amount before i start feeling the burn the next day. it catches up with me on the weekend tho, sleep up to 10 hours sometimes on saturday and sunday.

would be great if my electric heater had a time and I could just wake myself up with extreme heat

anyone know what would be an adequate way of turning my laptop into an alarm clock? (making it turn on and start blasting out music)

But how does this app actually know wen ur sleeping?

the accelerometer in the iphone detects how much u move and from that works out whether or not ur actually fully asleep

I find that if I get straight out of bed when my alarm goes off and jump in the shower I feel fine about half way through my shower.

But if I hit the snooze button on my phone it begins a vicious cycle which can last the best part of an hour and consistently makes me late for work/uni/stuff I want to do.
