How often do you take your protein shakes?

Could someone recommend me a shake for gaining weight? Is that what bulking is? I'm toned, but I just want to put on more weight, food doesn't seem to do it so what kind of shakes can I use?Links would be nice.

If you do get the instant mass don't get banana, I've had half a tub sitting here for about 6 months now.

i was gonna get banana or choc mint as my next flavour of instant whey .....you have made my decision easier lol

i make my own high calorie (ish) shake out of protein powder, yoghurt and a load of fruit, have one in the morning with a bowl of porridge or between lunch and dinner. I have another one with water + a couple of scrambled eggs before bed.

strawberry is the safest flavour
I have a shake for breakfast every day and a shake after every workout. That's the weight gainer. When I was taking whey I was doing a shake for breakfast, one at elevenses and one after my workout or after dinner on non-workout days.

chocolate is the best cos its the most natural flavored one. then vanilla, all the rest is just artificial flavoringtake mine 4 times a day here on training days, non training days its 2x
