6th march, 53 years old, first country in africa to gain independence.

happy independence day.

Libya and Egypt were the first african countries to gain independance.

But happy independence to my fellow ghanians!

The first black African nation i.e. the first actually African nation, to gain independence. Don't be a smartass, you know Libya and Egypt don't count. Frikkin Arabs.
