It is just a Europa League ting, or have the football bodies enlisted to extra referees assistants to monitor the deadball lines behind the goal?

Is this the cheaper version of goal line technology or something?!

Most refs have headsets, I remember the valencia game a couple of weeks ago, the 4th official told the ref via headset that a handball was commited which the ref didnt originally give, but pulled it back about 30/40 seconds later when told

tried to keep it secret.
