how do i hide my IP Address?

With all the madness related to this Govt bill and the fact that the music and entertainment industry seems to be clamping down hard on illegal downloading and file sharing etc.. I think its time to for me to hide my sh*t so they can't track me. On Panorama they were saying how you can set uur IP address on some multiple network so when they try track you they think your in Germany or something.

Use rapidshare, they can't track what you're downloading then.

Yeah you have to pay, but its worth it for the sh*t you download at max speeds too.

Err its like £15 or so for 3 months, there are other options available too.
