i asked for my PAC code, im on paug and the dude offered me either 60 fre minutes a month for 3 motnhs or 100 mintues a month for 3 months

not like i top up more than £5 a month dnt know where he was goin with that

Need to bell up T-Mobile this week infact, my last bill was a f*ck*ng joke - got bumped some ridiculous amount for going over my 900 minutes by 112 mins.

What is the need of asking for the pac code? Just so i can use it in the right context when on the phone to them.

Pac code means you can take your mobile number with you when you go to another network. This makes them think you've already struck a deal with another network because the next question they're guaranteed to ask you is "What have you been offered?"

It's one thing to say you're leaving, but to take your number with you to another network for some reason buns them.
