REVS IS JUST ACTING LIKE A f*ck*ng IDIOT.

WE ALL KNOW THAT YOU WORK IN CREATIVE GAMES MEDIA.

THATS A SPECIALISED INDUSTRY YOU f*ck*ng GOOK. ITS A LOT DIFFERENT FROM AVG JOE WITH A BSC IN BUSINESS ADMIN OR MULTIMEDIA WITH NO WORK EXPERIENCE CLAIMING HE'S LOOKIN FOR WORK IN THE US OR ANY COUNTRY FOR THAT MATTER WITHOUT ANYTHING ELSE.

CREATIVE INDUSTRY WILL TAKE TALENT FROM ALL OVER THE WORLD, ESPECIALLY IF THE COMPANY U WORK FOR IS ALREADY A BIG ONE IN THE INDUSTRY.

SAME GOES FOR ENTERTAINMENT, MEDICAL AND SOME PARTS OF THE IT INDUSTRY.

BUT JUS COS YOU GOT A CCNA IN I.T. IS NOT THE SAME AS THE CREATIVE MEDIA INDUSTRY.

flying off the handle like a true fruit. No need to get your panties in a bunch. I was specifically talking about my field anyway because obviously thats all i would know about. I thought this thread evolved beyond just random admin etc

Don't worry Venom, you'll still be able to find a country that accepts you where you can only be the "only gay in the village".

its annoying me slightly because all the good opps where its madness like £70k+ per year plus crazy benefits like accomodation, travel & flights back home paid for. You need to have 5 years+ experience. By that time im looking to have kids and raise them in UK tbh, so it doesnt really fit my life plan. I REALLY want to do it though. Especially Middle East, Africa and Caribbean

Apply anyway, do a masters

work for a year or 2, or even just apply, theres no harm in applying because they might not get candidates with all the experience they want

you never know

My uncle is a mechanical engineer in Nigeria and he told me the same thing when I said about the experience, he said apply anyway

Just sell yourself, and the education and experience that you do have

Had a few friends move over to Oz, one just the other week.

Got another in New Zealand working as a tree surgeon (madman).

Semi tempted to try a ting myself but lol @ them man telling me coon is an acceptable term for asians over there.

McDonalds rawly advertise all their burgers include Tasty Coon cheese fam...

I took one glimpse at the menu and felt mad uncomfortable thinking about ordering that sh*t..

Walked out

Plus.. you lot must be bored of me saying it, but i emigrated in 07.. Still out here in Singapore.

I advise you to consider things carefully, then think about them again, then again , then again... The grass is not always greener. I guess it takes seeing both sides to really see that though..

If u get the opportunity... and you feel you can adjust to and or thrive in many different situations [skepta] Go on then [/skepta]

why did you emigrate?

A job opportunity came up. I fancied a challenge, so went through the interview process. I few months later, found out I was successful and took the offer of relocation. Glad i've done it, but would definitely say Asia is not really for english black brehs. Unless your really into chinese broads, or you don't really care about fashion/music.

If you dont care about trivial sh*t like me, or care too tough about whats going on back in England, you'll absolutely love it.

Same for US, OZ, or anywhere really. You have to really immerse yourself in your 'new' life to really enjoy it/ see the benefit..
