They only just announced the Coquelin & Djourou deals... Djourou announcement is 5 days late of Hamburg's.

So those waiting on official news on Higuain, may as well refresh the Real Madrid website.

Dont understand what these lot are doing with coquelin. The kid can play.

The only person who Coquelin could feel harshly treated to in terms of game time is Ramsey, and bearing in mind half of us think he's shit and a few pages back people wanted to see Arteta replaced with a purchase, sending him out on loan is the right thing.

Plus he started Bradford & Blackburn cup games - we lost both, he hasn't done anything in other performances to give him stock = Wenger wont trust him.

Yeah and he was sh*t there and I blamed him for there goal.

While that mabe true, Gervinho does himself favours by then scoring and going somewhat like a player even for brief moments in matches since those defeats. Which while it shouldnt make Wenger forget, it helps. Coquelin did nothing this whole season, and he aint a defensive midfielder.

Spanish outfit Levante have approached Arsenal over a deal for out-of-favour striker Marouane Chamakh.

Gunners boss Arsene Wenger has told struggling hitman Chamakh he can quit the Emirates Stadium this summer, and Levante are working on a deal.

According to reports in Spain, they are willing to offer Arsenal around £1million for the Morocco international, and would be willing to make him one of their highest earning players.

But Chamakh is dragging his feet over the transfer, and is prepared to sit out the final year of his Arsenal contract where he earns around £65,000-a-week.

Former club Bordeaux and Italian side Fiorentina also hold an interest in Chamakh, who spent the final part of last season on-loan at West Ham where he failed to impress.

The 29-year-old has been told he faces another campaign on the bench or in the Under-21 team if he insists on staying at Arsenal, where he made just 11 Premier League appearances last term.

Marseille have already held expolratory talks over a move for Gervinho (pictured)

The Ivory Coast international has also garnered interest from Turkish outfit Fenerbahce but there hasn't been much movement on that front in recent weeks.

Reports surfacing in France have it that the Ligue 1 outfit's president has had a telephone conversation with Gervinho's representatives to enquire about his availability.

Gervinho scored a meagre five goals in the Premier League last season.
