YIL WHAT BODY WEIGHT EXCERCISES DO U DO AFTER BOX?
Wide arm pull ups 3x10Tricep Dips 3x10Press ups 40-30-20-10Abs - 200 (either 8 different types @ 25 reps or 4 different @ 50 reps...it's the best thing for abs)Dorsal raises - Pyramids (Hold for 3s, 3 reps. Hold for 4s, 4 reps...up to 10...then back down)That's when I was training daily. Now it's just what I feel like doing of those things. I usually make sure I do those things at the end of any session, even if it's a weight session.

my trainer is oldschool we just do situps variations and press upsi had a trainer before who would do like 40 mins bodyweight ex but hes always away on camp im gona get back into them asap cos im starting to feel some body shots which i didnt use 2 feel although i have dropped alot of lbsim thinking of joining islington abc do u know it?
