first my eurovox and now this

You in South London?? I clocked that mine was sayin every rass channel was scrambled the other day....i actually started to try thinking niagra3 had fully dropped....but a quick wipe of the channels n another DEEP scan, n im up n running again. I just think my box isnt rotating the encryption keys anymore :s

N as for virgin n torrents....i swear they ave kinda f*cked with them, ive gone from a nice stable 1.5mb+ download speed N still being able to surf normally to about 300mb-500mb speeds n my connection being crippled :|

Yeah they did some Freq changes over the w/end. Had to reset/rescan my Dreambox but I know N3 is round the corner and I can smell the 1841h Kudelski . If it works till end of May I would be lucky.

Oh and f*ck Vermin for any of their internet connections. The throttling alone is a piss take.

The latest is that Virgin’s technical support are saying that it was all a big mistake, and that they’ll be sorting it all out later this morning. Hmmm. In the meantime, if you’re a Virgin Media customer, you can still access Rapidshare by replacing ‘http://’ with ‘https://’ in the site address. We’ll see how long it takes them to put things right…

hmmm indeed

a theory...

Due to the amount of child porn traded via Megaupload and Rapidshare amongst others ISPs that operate Cleanfeed or similar systems to block URLs on the IWF watch list often find themselves proxying some of the servers on those websites.

VM aren't going to be turning it off any time soon I'm sorry to say.

It's nothing to do with intentional blocking of the whole thing, specific URLs get blocked not the entire site, chances are there was a problem with VM's filtering cluster or more kiddie porn than usual on RS / MU so more servers getting routed through the filter which overwhelmed the cluster.

When the House of Commons and the House of Lords voted to make the Digital Economy Bill part of UK law, nobody was sure just how it would affect both the legitimate and illegitimate users of file sharing websites.

Yesterday it appeared that Virgin Media, a UK based internet service provider, had taken matters into its own hands and blocked all access to file sharing portals Rapidshare and Megaupload, a move that many thought pre-empted action from the Government and assorted music industry companies.

Naturally, Virgin Media customers flocked to the companies forums to seek clarification on the matter. Most of the complaints were from premium users who used the file hosting sites to store important data for their businesses and were obviously now unable to grab any of their files.

According to Bitterwallet, Virgin’s technical support are telling customers that the blocked connections to the sharing sites was an error on its part, with a fix due later this morning. Also, they provided an easy way to circumvent the Rapidshare block, simply replace “http://” with “https://” in the site address.

As soon as access is restored, we will let you know.

Man/girldem who have a Rapidshare or any other download server account and download ".part1, .part2" one by one like a c*nt...

You need JDownloader. Basically all you do is just copy all rapidshare parts.. Open the program, paste and it downloads them all automatically one by one or how many you want simultaneously.

Dload for the prog: http://jdownloader.org/download/index

You need your Rapidshare login and password at the ready

How to set it up:

On the toolbar click Premium >> Premium Settings >> Add Account >> Find the host rapidshare.com (this can be used for other download servers as well like megaupload etc) >> Add your deets

And your good to go.

Pos' the f*ck out of me right now.
