Media reports have already said they're ready to offer upto £30million or £20million and one of Ireland, Richards, Onuoha and SWP after Milner's had talks with O'Neill, Faulkner and Randy.

So no, this is Man City we're talking about. Milner's probably worth a couple million more than Ireland at best, but this is the club who paid almost thirty million pounds for Joleonn Lescott.
