What kinda alcoholic drinks are low cal?I know people are gonna say if you're gyming to shouldn't be drinking blah blah blahI stay clear of ales but more time its either cider or whatever beer is on offer.

I assume you're going gym to lose weight? In that case, I'd imagine wines are fairly low cal, and some lagers. I wouldn't worry about it though, srsly.

should stick to spirits tbhkeep away from lager, etc.

not about calories as such its about alcohol f*ck*ng up protein break down and muscle recovery try not drink on gym days
that makes sense, but every1s jus lookin at the drinks menu

alch makes me slow for 2 daysi've clocked itif i drink friday and train saturday ill dieif i drink friday and train sunday ill be slowmonday ill be feeling it a little tuesday ill be back to normaltry to only drink one night a week these days but its hard when u live with a load of piss heads

Bad thing about that is the hangover is usually due to dehydration, so if you dont drink alot during the gym session you can make it worse.
