Blackberry question

Recommended Posts

My girlfriend found a white Blackberry on the way to work this morning.

As it's probably a contract phone, if it was to get blocked - can she unblock it and use it? Or is it just waiting to become an expensive paperweight?

Cheers.

Depend on the model it could be possible to change a certain thing on it to Unblock.

The offence carries five years *for reference* But I'm sure someone somewhere will be able to assist if they can.

Have you actually checked to see if it's blocked. Wickedest thing is, sh*t like BBM will still work. LMAO.

It's not been blocked yet. But it's just a matter of time alie?

Possibly, you never know though

Off topic, the new skin? I'm baffled. Everytime I click on to a new page it tells me pick a background a the top, then disappears one second later.

What's happened? It's different. I don't like it. :(

BBM is a subscription service so I don't see how this would be possible.

OK, someones had a look at it at work and says it's PAYG, but locked to Orange.

She's on 02. Are they easy to unlock? £10 at the bottom of the road thing easy?

I am sure the Blackberry would be unlocked, if not just Install an OEM OS on it. Its easy to do you just need the usb cable and a third party application or use Blackberry Manager.

Basically. But having a blocked blackberry that you only have for BBM is a loss depending on your reasons. ;)
