Was talkin about this at the gym.For some strange reason this season we have kinda seen the demise of the great strikers. Back in the day there were so many to choose from R9, Batistuta, Shevchenko, Henry etc.But this season can we honestly say there is a WC Striker out there at this current time, Henry been very poor by his standards, Shev aint the same, Etoo been injured all season, Villa jury still out for him IMO.So if we had to choose then it would have to be Drogba

biggrin.gif never said they wernt betta then adebayori dont rate crouch at all tho. any guy lol at him being on the same list as R9. hes not fit to lace his boots
If he was at arsenal he would have got 30+ goals this seasonThe amount of times your strikers have missed one on ones this season is uncountable.*looks at Adebayors fresh boat*

The problem is most of this new generation of strikers, just score goals. The players back in the day had magic and could do anything. Don't get it twisted though there are still some disgusting players out there, just don't shine as much.
