Started this again on saturday, here's how it went..

Withdrew £125 after that and started again today with £20 on Chelsea and Celtic

You have to be careful with bets though coz I was close to putting Napoli in bet 3 and QPR in bet 4 but decided not to at the last min and they both failed to win.

Can someone explain to me how 'Lay' works?

You're betting on a team not to win. I.E draw or lose. But you can lose more than your stake if they win. E.g if you layed united at 100/1 with a stake of £1. You would lose 101 if they won. Even though you only put on a pound. You're making yourself the bookmaker so you pay out if your bet loses.
