im all over this right now

but thats finished so im currently sampling a free twinings tea bag

oolong tea - real nice, think ive had it with a chinese meal before

i do not like the after taste of green tea

i try to stick to the herbal teas cos black tea stains my teeth

i drink tea when im feelin anxious

also when i feel like im gna throw up an crush some fresh ginger with some brown sugar, pour some hot water on that

it is an antiemetic

the one in a bag?

Some bags called Lyon left over which I quite like.

If not then it's the beans and the coffee strainer thing (can't remember the word).

my ideal day comprises an assortment of hot drinks throughout the days course

fresh black coffee(x2)

pg tips with milk(x2)

dragonfly mint green tea (x1)

or a hot chocolate of some sort (x1)

I have a latte when i get into work, hot chocolate or green tea mid day depending on how healthy i wanna be.

Most nights i will have a Horlicks.

someone has left an empty box of horlicks in the tea cupboard

c/s the latte movement at work, tis the only way i tolerate coffee

tbh i dnt drink much or take coffee cos of the amount of sugar i need

a chinese friend got me into hi grade chinese teas.

drinking this atm

when i see said friend she usually makes oolong or pu-erh in a clay teapot. i like how the chinese drink tea, its ceremonial.

obv as a workman i drink my share of strong english tea.

also for coffee at home its all about these
