This is Britain.

Prison? Of course. He's an easy subject to make an example of.

Same goes for people who dont pay bills etc etc.

But repeat offenders. No let them off becuase that will cause too much bother to try and prosecute.

The issue with crimes not being dealt with as they should be is seperate to this and doesnt mean that what hes doing should be waved.

i think he should have been asked to pay a fine and some sort of community service

before the judge just tells people "make the page private / delete unwanted comments" he's sendin a man to jail for posting what he wants to post on an internet website that has a comment box so that he can post what he wants?

and to top it off, we have this stupid "precedent law" system, which means anyone else accused of tr0llin is now liable for the same sentence
