Theres something about our jack which I dont get

Yes he does perform and hes technically gifted but I just dont see that reflected in the team performance 

Its like he never seems to be the difference in winning or losing

you can't build anything around him. quality when he's fit and on it, but in reality, he is Diaby without Melanin.

He did well yesterday though. 

Still gets involved in too many challenges. He's 5'7 with glass ankles, he's not that guy. Wenger needs to sign that guy.

I think when he's on game he helps create a lot more moves, and space for the forward players. When he's carrying the ball forward he's breaking the opposition shape and pulling players out of position. Not to mention he's one of our only midfield players who continually plays the ball forward, and not just sideways.

I'd say with Jack we look a lot less static, and tend to be more direct. Jack never gonna king of assist, or banging goals like that tbf. Creating space for others, passing forward, help starting moves, carrying the ball forward.. all those things can be the difference that helps the game winners do their thing.
