Sudden lactose intolerance

Can't drink milk no more :(

Had breakfast for the first time in weeks this morning and felt sick all day, had cramps, gas and the works.

This has been gettin progressively worse for a year now, i thought a break off milk would help but now I feel like the dream is over.

The strangest thing is that a few years back I could drink a whole blue milk container in a day and feel frosty

Why is this happening?

the alpro sh*t ain't that bad, but normal soya milk taste weak

I know one girl who developed an intolerance for wheat, said she used to eat loads of bread all the time and that's what made it happen - maybe that's what happened with you?
