i dont see why anyone serving less than 5 yrs cant vote, however, if they can vote then i beleive they earn a sort of wage in prison?

im hoping that is taxed.? , i think they should pay a service charge for food and board. do that, then you can vote

What would they need to do in order to earn the right to vote? There is prison industry it's not like they sit around and watch TV/play PS3 in their cell all day (despite what The Mail would love us all to believe)
