im thinking of cycling to work and back

it wud take 40 mins to get there

need a road bike tho not no mountain bike

any suggestions of which 1 to get........?

If there was a shower at my work I would do this, currently would take me about 45mins and thats long. Hopefully i'll be moving closer early next year so will only take around 10mins.

Yea I do this.

Invest in a good lock if your work doesn't have private bike-racks/carpark

Get a good hybrid bike for about 350

it's light enough to make very easy work of the road, but sturdy enoguh that you won't rip your tyres to peices and bend your rims
