This thing with the lighty's (vs. darker girl)

So let's debate...

It seems like whenever girls are mentioned or pictures posted, more guys here favour the lighter skinned sisters.

Not only that but you hear it throughout grime as well - some of these MCs can be the UGLIEST bastards out there (not naming no names) but they always boast about about bagging bare lighty's.

Now come on, girls don't have a choice what skin colour they're born with - yet it seems the lighter the better

Examples:

it's old news

we jus move to them all now and don't care about the distinctions in complexion

* i always did *

also, the 3rd "lighty" down, doesn't make it

try up the levels so the thread has some nice pics

safe

Yes.

I think there's something to be said when guys who talk about light-skinned women they're attracted to, they don't have to go on about their bodies but when mentioning dark-skinned women, their bodies are always on show...

Food for thought.

with them strong features....

a man with the right make up and make up artist could easily make himself look like that

totally destroyed the tone of the thread, edit "her" out of here?

He didn't pick the best example still

There are beautiful dark-skinned and light-skinned chicks

just as their are beautiful asian chicks etc

no point in trying to get into an actual debate about it, all comes down to personal preference

just post some slorn or something

This is it. Most people subconsciously correlate dark skim to manliness and light skin to femininity. This is one reason certain man will pick the light option every time. There's this underlying notion that dark skinned women look like men and have male characteristics such as being aggressive. It's not true though just buying into that slave mentality.
