wots he changed? cant quite recall the original 5x5, but has he just swapped inverted rows for bb rows and scrapped the other assistance exercises?/pretty good routine to get on, especially if ur someone who overwhelms urself with a bag of dum isolation/assistance work. i hate the tone the guy writes in tho./starting wendler 5/3/1 once i work out all my 1rm's

yeh he seems to have got rid of the pull ups, crunches, prone bridges and swapped to barbell rows.....saying that stronglifts should concentrate more on the barbell exercises....im gonna follow until i have to drop to his 3x5 workout then to the 1x5 workout
