Ramires is quicker across the ground but Sandro has the brains to get in that position earlier, he doesn't need pace to get him out of trouble which makes him the more sound player.As a manager, you'd rather have someone who can be in the right places at the right time rather than one whose always having to make up lost ground regardless of how well they can do it.Lucas is a bit of both, but at a much lower level although still a quality adition to any team.
