Nah I agree Reggae Reggae sauce is too concentrated for me personally to use as table sauce.

I use it in cooking and that's it.

I use as a glaze when grilling chicken mainly.

c/s it not really being a table sauce.

c/s cooking rice and chicken and putting raggae sauce on the rice when cant be bothered to make a stew

U man have a weak pallet (sp)

Isn't it the case that are palate's are actually a lot stronger, or more refined, which is why Reggae Reggae is an overpowering flavour when used as a table sauce?

Some Sauce Recipes...

Here are the peri peri ingredient lists followed by traditional piri piri recipes and then finally preparation and cooking instructions.

Nando's medium peri-peri sauce:

Water

vinegar

chopped or ground onion

lemon juice 4%

vegetable oil

serrano chilli

ceyenne pepper

African Bird's Eye Chilli (Peri-Peri Chilli)

Garlic (crushed)

Nando's Garlic peri-peri sauce

Water

vinegar

chopped or ground onion

lemon juice 4%

vegetable oil

African Bird's Eye Chili (Peri-Peri Chili)

Garlic (Use 3 times more than in medium recipe or to your taste)

Piri-Piri sauce 1

oil, butter, or bacon grease etc

cayenne pepper, red pepper; or dried red pepper flakes; or chopped hot chile pepper

oil

vinegar, or cider vinegar

cayenne pepper or red pepper; or dried red pepper flakes

oil

cayenne pepper or red pepper

paprika

garlic minced

ground ginger

lemon or lime juice
