jus buy more staples and less junk

Was gonna say all the meals look boring and bland. Its a great idea though and very cheap.

yh the portions are small, lol at scrambled eggs for 4 from 6 eggs. i eat 6 eggs on my own.

still think this is kind of a good idea tho

if i was really poor i wud eat mackerel all the time, cheap as f*ck, healthy, lots of protein.

I DON'T EAT EGGS ANYMORE, BUT I'LL MAKE A CAMEO TOMORROW TIME PERMITTING

THE NEW BREAKFAST IS AS FOLLOWS;

1 PACK BLUEBERRIES

1/2 PACK STRAWBERRIES

1 WHOLE BANANA

1/4 TUB NATURAL GREEK YOGHURT

2 SCOOPS MYPROTEIN 'TOTAL BREAKFAST'

1/2 A LIME

1 GLUG SKIMMED MILK

VANILLA ESSENCE

MIX IN BLENDER (I'VE GOT A WARING, RECOMMENDED)

SAVES TIME AND WASHING UP AND AVOIDS CHOLESTEROL OF EGGS WHILST STILL GIVING A DECENT AMT. OF PROTEIN.

CONS: SUGAR, FRUIT DOES NOT KEEP FOR VERY LONG SO ITS QUITE EXPENSIVE.
