Green tea is good in anti oxidants and for digestion. my chinese class mates got me into this few yrs ago. Theres no need to add sugar tbhThey eat such greasy food yet the reason they dont put on weight like most other regions is down to their tea. They drink tea WITH that greasy meal to speed up the digestive and fat burning process.when you eat and drink cold water, or drinks high in sugar such as fizzy/juice drinks it can slow down digestion.
