Watched Place Beyond The Pines last night. What a disappointment, just dragged on and on. The 15 years later bit was such a load of fraff, it's like the writers didn't know how to end it so just kept going and going.

Went on imdb and people are calling it their best film of 2013, baffed.

but this Kyle Chandler guy hasn't proven himself yet to be retiring from getting into character and only playing roles where he's exactly the same every film.
