Turtle beach x11s question

Ok so finally bought a decent headset but how do I make it so I can only hear what's happening in game through the headset and not though my tv speakers also? This must be possible?!

No that would mute the sound through the headset too.

Xbox Guide button > Settings > Preferences > Voice > Play through Headset

Yeh my bad I connect my turtle beach to my mic in port so I just mute the tv.

No it wont i mute my telly anytime i use mine

yes i gathered this once i posted this bloody topic...thanks guys for the replys

muted the tv and this works a treat as the headset still plays full audio, im not certain i have this headset set up correctly so ill pull out the TV tomorrow and check im connecting to the correct ports, as i dont always want to mute the tv every time

btw very impressed with this headset, well worth the £30 spent the advantage it gives you is crazy against playing with normal 5.1 stereo
